Management Team.

Paul has over 24 years in self-storage and four successful exits. He opened his first stores in NW UK in 1999, sold portfolios to Safestore and Big Yellow Armadillo, acquired and exited the Italian Easybox portfolio, and remains Chairman of Easybox Italy, Storage World UK and Space Plus Store Germany. He has served as Chairman of both FEDESSA and the Self Storage Association UK, and was instrumental in creating the European Self Storage Standard. Paul leads business expansion and equity value optimisation for the Group.

Michael's career spans more than 30 years of European self-storage. He co-founded Shurgard in Europe and led its expansion into England, France and Scandinavia. He founded SelStor in Stockholm in 2006 (sold to Pelican in 2012), and 24Storage in 2014, Europe's first fully digital self-storage platform, sold to Nuveen Real Estate in 2021 for SEK 2.1 billion. He serves as Executive Chairman of Storeinn and brings deep expertise in acquisitions, conversions, operations and digital transformation.

Ubbe leads Storeinn's advisory and investment work across Europe, partnering with owners, family offices and institutional investors on entry, expansion and exit. He has executed transactions across the UK, Nordics and Southern Europe.

Rory leads SSPMI's performance management programmes with operators across Europe and the Middle East, working directly with leadership teams to lift commercial performance and embed lasting operating discipline.

Ben runs day-to-day operations across SSPMI's UK client work and Storage World, the Group's UK operating reference. His work spans pricing, operations, marketing and team performance, translated into measurable results in the P&L.

Marc leads Storage World, the Manchester-based self-storage and workspace operator that serves as the Group's UK operating reference. Marc brings hands-on operating experience from Easybox and earlier UK leasing and finance roles. He is a graduate of the Lancaster University Management School LEAD Programme. He is responsible for day-to-day operating standards, customer experience and the live benchmark data that flows back into the Group's methodology.

Niamh coordinates SSPMI's client engagements, internal operations and reporting cadence. She is the connective tissue that keeps multi-country programmes running on time.

Paul brings deep operating experience across UK self-storage portfolios and supports SSPMI clients on store performance, commercial optimisation and team development.

Jacci leads engagement delivery for SSPMI clients, with a focus on customer experience, retention and store-level operating excellence. She has worked across UK and international self-storage operators for over a decade.

John supports SSPMI engagements with a focus on operational diagnostics, pricing and store-level execution. He has worked across multiple European self-storage brands.
